Champimpi

Ingredients
  • ½ shot sugar syrup
  • ½ shot Vander hum
  • 1 shot Avante VSOP
  • Large naartjie peel for mixing
  • Neat naartjie peel for garnish
Instructions
  • Chill a champagne glass
  • Shake the sugar syrup, Van der Hum,
  • VSOP and large naartjie peel on ice in a shaker.
  • Pour into Champagne glass
  • Top with Champagne and stir gently
  • Garnish with a twist of naartjie peel

Cape of Storms

Ingredients
  • 50ml Avante VSOP
  • 6 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 150ml F&L Ginger Beer
  • Garnish - Lime wedge
  • Glass - Tall glass
Instructions
  • In a long glass, pour two shots of Avante VS over some ice
  • Top with Fitch & Leeds ginger ale
  • Add a squeeze of lime juice
  • Drop in the Angustura bitters
  • Garnish with a wedge of lime

High Flyer

The blending of Avante’s bold smooth taste with the fruity sparkle of the House of BNG Nectar Rose, is beautifully rounded off with a splash of fruit juice for your enjoyment. 

Ingredients
  • 200ml Avante Brandy VSOP
  • 8 cans of BNG Nectar blanc.​
  • Evenly share the Avante VSOP brandy between the 8 glasses
  • 200ml Peach and Apricot juice.
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. Select 8 high ball glasses (300ml to 450ml in capacity)
  2. Drop 3-5 blocks of ice into each glass
  3. Pop open your 8 cans of BNG Nectar blanc and pour one into each glass
  4. Evenly share 200ml's of Avante VSOP brandy between the 8 glasses
  5. For a full Peachy experience: Evenly share the Peach and Apricot juice between the 8 glasses. If you prefer to hero the bubblies and brandy, use 2 thirds to half of this amount. 
  6. Stir lightly 
  7. Serve and be peachy! 

Brandy and Coke Old Fashioned

Ingredients
  • 50ml Avante XO
  • 15ml Coca Cola and lemon Cordial
  • 4 Dashes Lemon Bitters
  • Lime wedge
Instructions

To make the cordial, reduce a cup of cola and a ½ cup of lemon juice until syrupy.
Mix the brandy, a slice of lemon zest and the bitters in ice.


Pour over a giant ice block in a tumbler and garnish with a slice of lemon zest
