Refund policy
We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as received
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@avantebrandy.com with your order details.
Once approved:
- You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including returns from the United Kingdom
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at hello@avantebrandy.com with photos and details so we can assess the issue.
Important:
Where damage has occurred during transit, this will be treated as a courier-related claim.
- We will assist in logging the claim with the courier where possible
- Refunds are not guaranteed for transit damage and are subject to the courier’s claims process and outcome
- Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement at our discretion
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the outcome
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note:
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

- We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit back to us
