Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and delivered within 3 days thereafter

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Main city centers tend to be faster than outlying areas.

We operate at a standard fee across the board, please note rates are subject to change annually. Please see our rates at checkout or email us for more information.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know it has been processed.

Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
