Forged in 1872 on the Eastern Cape coast, Selborne College carries a legacy built on resilience, discipline and coastal grit. For more than 150 years it has stood as a school where standards are lived rather than spoken aloud, where character is shaped through routine, high expectation and accountability, and where reward is to the brave. Its men leave with a steady, grounded presence: self-reliant, understated, and marked by substance over spectacle.

This commemorative Cape Potstill Brandy pays tribute to the spirit of Selborne: steadfast, distinguished and enduring. A toast to the men who came before us, those who walk these grounds today, and the generations still to come.
