Aged for fifteen years in small oak barrels, this XV Cape Potstill Brandy opens with peaches, dried apricot, and pear, followed by honey, caramel, and citrus. The finish is warm and full bodied, with walnut, almond, and vanilla.

Only fifty bottles exist, one for each of Cheslin's caps as of July 2026. Each is individually numbered, personally signed by Cheslin, and presented in a bespoke engraved wooden box with a collector's booklet and certificate of authenticity.
