Avante x Paul Roos Gymnasium Founders' Fifteen XV
Five Star Platter awarded. Winner of Best Brandy at the International Trophy Show. Aged fifteen years in small oak barrels, the XV opens with peaches, dried apricot, and pear, deepening into honey, caramel, and citrus, with a long warm finish of walnut, almond, and vanilla. One of only 80 in existence.
